I am passionate about inspiring people to change their lives, live healthier and be happier because of it.  I am a personal trainer and health coach with over 20 years experience. I absolutely love what I do and it shows each and everyday with each and every client. 
 
The first 12 years of my career were spent in a research center developing the most efficient and effective method for exercise. This allowed me to create a dynamic program focusing on full body movements to create an overall balance and realignment within the body. 

My personal health journey started in my early 30’s. I was tired, irritable, run down! I knew something was wrong, I was off, I didn't feel good.  My husband would even ask for his wife back. I went to every specialist I could find- I tried EVERYTHING.  The answer was always-  "Everything looks good, maybe you just need more sleep and decrease your stress." 

HELLO I have 2 little kids and a just opened a new business! I decided to take my health into my own hands, I did my research, and determined I needed to work on myself from the inside out. 
 I was already moving everyday, drinking my water and eating the rainbow…what else could I be doing!?!?! 

First step pull back on my workouts, second balance my gut and my hormones and third and final step was to focus on self care. I was able to quickly implement simple strategy into my daily routine that gave my body a complete overhaul.

 It was simple and effective to navigate…the bonus IT WORKED! Not only does my husband has his wife back, 
I have my LIFE BACK!!!!

I am passionate about inspiring people to change their lives, live healthier and be happier because of it.  I have been a personal trainer and health coach for over 20 years. I absolutely love what I do and it shows each and everyday with each and every client. I specialize in bio-mechanical movements and kinesiology to create a balanced body. I received my Exercise Science degree from Northern Arizona University, May of 2002.
