My journey to where I am now was anything but a straight line. In fact, it was filled with unexpected 
twists and turns...

I did everything right—or so I thought.

I was eating clean, working out daily, building a successful career, and raising a family… but inside, I felt completely off. At 42, my body was inflamed, my energy was gone, and I couldn’t shake the stubborn weight no matter what I tried.

Doctors told me everything looked “normal.” I just needed more rest, less stress. But that didn’t sit right with me—because I knew I was doing the work.

So I stopped searching for surface-level fixes and started looking inward. I dove deep into the science of hormones, metabolism, and DNA-based health—and what I discovered changed everything.

Healing wasn’t about doing more. It was about doing the right things for my body in this season of life. That shift not only gave me my energy and confidence back—it gave me my purpose.
