I am passionate about getting science backed answers, inspiring people to change their lives, and live healthier and be happier lives. I am a personal trainer and health coach with over 25 years experience. I absolutely love what I do and it shows each and everyday with each and every client.

My personal health journey started in my early 30’s. I was tired, irritable, run down!  HELLO PERI-MENOPAUSE!!! I knew something was wrong, I was off, I didn't feel good.  I went to every specialist I could find- I tried EVERYTHING.  The answer was always-  "Everything looks good, maybe you just need more sleep and decrease your stress." 

I decided to take my health into my own hands, I did my research, and determined I needed to work on myself from the inside out. 
I was already moving everyday, drinking my water and eating the rainbow…what else could I be doing!?!?! 

First step pull back on my workouts, second balance my gut and my hormones and third and final step was to focus on self care. Based on my own genetic code, I was able to quickly implement simple strategy  into my daily routine that gave my body a complete overhaul.

It was simple and effective to navigate…the bonus IT WORKED! 
I have my LIFE BACK!!!!
