I have been a personal trainer and health coach for over 17 years. I specialize in bio-mechanical movements and kinesiology to create a balanced body for my clients. I received my Exercise Science degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff Arizona in May 2002. I resided at Doctor’s Fitness Center for over 12 years working as a personal trainer and refining my strength and conditioning skills, focusing on the most effective and efficient exercise programs. This allowed me to develop a concrete understanding of the relationship of exercise and the human body for all body types and abilities. I focus on corrective exercise, balance and core conditioning as well as exercise modalities to treat osteoporosis, orthopedic injury and weight loss. Most recently, I have developed complete corporate wellness programs for clients like Barrow Neurological Institute and Valley Anesthesiology Consultants.

My personal health journey started 6 years ago. I was tired, irritable, run down! Come to find out I was suffering from postpartum depression. I knew something was wrong, I was off, I didn't feel good. My husband would even ask for his wife back. I went to every specialist I could find for help. From my OB to multiple therapists to naturopaths- there answer- "Everything looks good, maybe you just need more sleep and try to add methods into your life that will help you destress."

HELLO I have 2 little kids and a just opened a new business! I just wanted answers.

I decided to take my health into my own hands, I did my research, and determined I needed to work on myself from the inside out. First step was to balance my gut and my hormones. Fueling my body with clean organic nutraceuticals, detoxing my body through diet and exercise, and choosing food for health! I was able to quickly implement a strategy into my daily routine that gave my body a complete overhaul. It wasn't easy but it was worth it! Not only does my husband has his wife back, I have my LIFE BACK!

Life is all about balance. It takes consistent and persistent work everyday to keep the body balanced both internal and external.

As a personal trainer and health coach, I am determined to be committed to my clients the same way I expect my clients to be 100% committed to me and their personal goals. I will always be the best example I can be towards my clients, I will show them how to live a healthy lifestyle. And I will always encourage my clients to have balance in their newly found healthier lifestyle, as I will have balance in my life!
