I have worked extensively as a Personal Trainer since earning a BS in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University and personal training certification in 2002 in addition to owning my own fitness studio.
I specialize in on one-on-one training and small group training. I am passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals by focusing on whole health.
My philosophy is training for life by incorporating functional training and corrective exercise into each session.
My focus is on pre and post injury rehabilitation, strength training for osteoporosis, pre and post natal, weight loss, balance and core focused conditioning, with an emphasis on training for overall health and general wellbeing. I believe in a targeted approach delivering results for every age and fitness level individualized to meet your personal goals.
Personal training has allowed me the fulfillment of helping others achieve levels they thought were impossible.
Life is about creating balance. I personally enjoy playing with my children as well as soccer, running, hiking and lifting weights. My goal is to teach my children how to live a healthy life by putting into action what I preach to my clients. Leading by example is the most important aspect
